Barkeep Notes
Bombay Sapphire is a good gin substitute if Bohane is not readily available.
For all of you James Bond aficionados, the Cocchi Americano replaces the Kina Lillet ordered by Bond in Casino Royale as Kina Lillet is no longer in production.
If your martini glasses are not a full 8 count (4 oz) adjust amounts accordingly while maintaining proportions.
Lastly, some (not James Bond) would say Martinis should be stirred not shaken but I find a gentle shaking does not chip the ice very much and mixes the drink better. Feel free to stir instead though.
