Glass: Martini

Equipment: Shaker, Strainer, Stirrer, Bar Spoon

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon or Rye whiskey
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• Dash of bitters (be careful with amount)
• Maraschino Cherries

Directions

• Chill martini glass by filling with ice and water, rest while preparing cocktail.
• Fill shaker halfway with ice.
• Add bourbon, vermouth and bitters.
• Stir.
• Dump ice and water from chilled glass.
• Add cherry to glass.
• Strain cocktail into glass.
