Glass: Coupe or Martini
Equipment: Shaker, Strainer
Ingredients
- Sugar (optional)
- 2 oz Remy Martin Cognac
- 1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- Orange peel (cut into a “coin”)
Directions
- Optional: rub glass rim with cut lemon and dip into saucer of sugar.
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
- Flame orange peel (skin side down) above glass
- Rub the peel around the rim of the glass and add as garnish.
- Enjoy!
