Glass: Coupe or Martini

Equipment: Shaker, Strainer

Ingredients

  • Sugar (optional)
  • 2 oz Remy Martin Cognac
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Orange peel (cut into a “coin”)

Directions

  • Optional: rub glass rim with cut lemon and dip into saucer of sugar.
  • Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
  • Flame orange peel (skin side down) above glass
  • Rub the peel around the rim of the glass and add as garnish.
  • Enjoy!
