Equipment: Shaker, Strainer

Ingredients

• 2 oz Applejack brandy
• 1 oz lemon juice
• Dash of grenadine
• Twist of lemon

Directions

• Fill shaker with ice
• Add applejack, lemon juice, grenadine
• Shake well
• Strain into chilled glass
• Garnish with lemon twist
