Glass: Rocks (Old Fashioned)

Equipment: Muddler, Stirrer

Ingredients

• Sugar cube or dash of simple syrup (to taste)
• Double dash of Angostura bitters
• Dash of water
• 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
• Optional: cherry or orange slice

Directions

• Add sugar cube to rocks glass and douse with bitters and water. Muddle util dissolved.
• Top with ice.
• Add whiskey and stir.
• Optional: garnish with cherry or orange slice.
• Enjoy!
