Glass: Irish Coffee Glass

Equipment: Coffee maker, mixer

Ingredients

• 1 oz Irish Whiskey
• Black coffee
• Heavy cream
• Nutmeg or cinammon

Directions

• Whip heavy cream and set aside
• Add Irish whiskey to glass
• Top with coffee leaving room for whipped cream
• Top with cream and dash of nutmeg or cinammon

Barkeep Notes

Substitute tequila for Irish whiskey and add ½ oz. Kahlua for Mexican Coffee.
