Glass: Old fashioned

Equipment: Mixing glass, stirrer, strainer

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• Orange peel or slice

Directions

• Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.
• Stir until chilled.
• Strain into an old fashioned glass, ideally over a large single ice cube.
• Garnish with an orange peel.
• Enjoy!
