Glass: Tom Collins or High Ball

Equipment: Mixing glass, stirrer

Ingredients

• 2 oz dry gin
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Club soda
• Lemon wheel or maraschino cherry

Directions

• Fill mixing glass with ice
• Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup.
• Stir well.
• Pour into Tom Collins glass and top with club soda
• Stir
• Garnish with lemon wheel or maraschino cherry
