Glass: Pint glass or Highball
Equipment: Shaker, strainer
Ingredients
- Celery salt
- Lemon wedge
- Lime wedge
- 2 oz Kettle One Vodka
- 4 oz Mott’s 100% Tomato Juice
- 1 drop of Dave’s Insanity Sauce (and I do mean 1)
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash Huy Fong Sriracha sauce
- 2 dashes Lea & Perrin’s Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- Celery stalk
- Asparagus spear
- Filthy Pickle Stuffed Olives
- Lemon wheel
Directions
- Rub rim of large glass with cut lime and dip into saucer of celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
- Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, tomato juice, Dave’s Insanity sauce, horseradish, Tabasco, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Shake gently.
- Strain.
- Garnish with a full celery stalk, asparagus spear, olive and lemon wheel.
Barkeep Notes
Substitute tequila for vodka for Bloody Maria.
