Traditional Recipe

Ingredients
- 420g flour (divided: 150g /270g)
- 7g active yeast
- 250 ml lukewarm water
- 10g salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Combine 150g flour, yeast, and water in a standing mixer with whisk attachment – speed 1
- Cover bowl with towel and rest 10 minutes
- Add additional 270g flour, salt, and olive oil
- Switch to dough hook
- Knead for 5 minutes – speed 2
- Cover bowl with towel and rest 2 hours
- Cut into 8 equal pieces
- Stretch and fold into balls
- Brush with olive oil
- Rest for 30 minutes
- Roll out and cook on skillet
- Enjoy!
